These terms govern your use of the R3 service provided by Reply Review Return LLC ("R3," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
R3 automatically generates and posts replies to reviews on Google Business Profile locations that you connect and authorize. You control the service's behavior through your dashboard, including reply voice and preferences, approval mode, posting hours, editing or dismissing replies, and disconnecting at any time.
You confirm that you are authorized to manage each Google Business Profile you connect. Replies are posted publicly under your business's name; you are responsible for the preferences and any custom text you configure, and for reviewing replies if you choose approval mode. You agree not to use the service to post unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content, or in violation of Google's policies.
The service is billed monthly per connected Google Business Profile location, at the price shown at signup, after any free trial period. Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and replies stop at that time. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Replies are generated by artificial intelligence based on the review content and your saved preferences. While designed to be professional and accurate, generated text may occasionally be imperfect. You can review, edit, or remove any reply from your dashboard, including after posting. R3 is not liable for business outcomes arising from posted replies.
The service depends on third-party platforms, including Google's APIs; we do not control their availability or policies and may need to modify the service in response to changes on those platforms. We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. The service is provided "as is" without warranties, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding a claim.
You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable platform policies. Upon termination we will delete your stored data upon request as described in our Privacy Policy.
