Enter your email, start your free 30 days, and connect your Google Business Profile with one authorization click. That's the entire setup. From that moment, R3 watches your profile continuously and answers every new review in your voice — within minutes, day or night.

Your voice, not a robot's

You choose the tone (friendly, professional, warm), how long replies run, whether emoji ever appear, and how replies sign off. You can add your contact details — woven naturally into replies to unhappy customers, so problems route back to you instead of playing out in public. A live preview shows you exactly how replies will sound before anything posts.

You stay in control — the whole time

Auto-post on: replies post automatically, minutes after each review. The true set-and-forget mode. Auto-post off:every proposed reply waits in your dashboard queue, where you can edit it, approve it, approve everything at once, or dismiss it without replying. Either way, you can edit any reply after it's posted — nothing R3 does is irreversible. And there's a posting-hours setting if you'd rather replies only appear during business hours.

What R3 doesn't do

R3 doesn't write fake reviews, solicit reviews, or touch anything on your profile except review replies. It reads your reviews and posts responses you control — nothing else. Your Google connection can be revoked by you at any moment from your Google account settings.
